Patience.

At Camp Akita last weekend, I attended the third annual creativity retreat.  I was refreshed on the principles that drive our industry and got refreshed from a big winter walk.  These sweet , lonely oars and life jackets reminded me of bulbs in the ground just waiting for a bit of spring to bloom.
